One of the objectives of the Talbot County Garden Club is to “foster the art of flower arranging.”  The Club does this through workshops, guest lectures, and flower shows.

Flower shows are major events that feature arrangements, horticulture, and photography, and they involve almost every member of the Club.  The Flower Show committee helps to facilitate the many aspects of the show, from set up and judging, to entry and clean up.  The shows are truly a chance to showcase the the Club’s diverse talents.

Several Talbot County Garden Club members hold certifications in floral arranging and judging, and serve as valuable resources for all members.  Our members have also participated in state, regional, and national shows.
